Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect emails from one email box to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email box accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
